Bobcats Basketball Club promotes equality, inclusion and individuals right to be involved in basketball.
We are currently running a tailored designed program, every Friday evening, to enhance participants (aged 15years and above) skills and knowledge through a wide range of activities that accommodate varied skills and abilities. We also provide training games which both compliment and build on the players development. All of our facilitators have knowledge and experience within the disability field. Each facilitator has an understanding of what is required to enhance and maximise a participants abilities so that they can feel safe, valued and included, whilst enjoying basketball.
In 2017 Bobcats will be looking to take some of our All Abilities players on the road and have them participate in some tournaments across Victoria, this is a great opportunity for everyone to experience basketball.
It is our aim to provide programs that are inclusive, educational, safe and fun to all participants regardless of their disability.
Peninsula Bobcats is proud to facilitate a Skills Development Program and Practice Match Sessions for those looking to play at a higher level and also provide beginners lessons.
