Our Bobcats Academy Program includes our Bobcat Junior and Elite Hoops, Next Step, and Advanced. It’s meant to be about FUN, PARTICIPATION, and LEARNING
If you’re into Netball, we will be doing something similar in the coming months.

Natalie with her extensive playing and coaching experience from juniors through to playing in the Olympics’ with the Australian “Opals” team, will have all our players and program participants covered.
Bobcats Junior Hoops program, is by far the best Junior Hoops Program on the Peninsula, and we guarantee it 100% so if you are not happy, let us know and we will refund you 100% no questions!
The Next Step program is for domestic players that want to prepare for junior representative basketball or have just started their junior rep journey and are looking to take their game to a higher level.
Bobcats All Stars Program
Bobcats Basketball are pleased to officially announce our new All-Stars Program. As all of the other local Associations have just completed their Junior Representative tryouts, we are now looking for those Bobcat players that want to continue to develop their skills and their basketball journey.
Bobcats All-Stars is like a junior rep program, but also like Basketball Australia’s NITP program, a combination of both. You get to compete against the other association and junior rep kids, at 4 tournaments throughout the year, but also get high intensity training of 2 hours per week. This training is based upon individual skill development, and team concepts.
Bobcats Shooting Clinics
Bobcats Basketball are pleased to announce our new Shooting Clinics. As the only Basketball program on the Peninsula with a Dr Dish All Star coaching aid, we feel that it’s important that everyone gets the opportunity to become a better player and shooter. All of our Bobcat members have access to the shooting machine, when you are training at Monash University, Peninsula Campus.
Bobcats All Abilities Program
Bobcats Basketball promotes equality, inclusion and individual’s right to be involved in basketball.
We are currently running a tailored designed program, every Friday evening, to enhance participants (aged 15years and above) skills and knowledge through a wide range of activities that accommodate varied skills and abilities. We also provide training games which both compliment and build on the player’s development. All of our facilitators have knowledge and experience within the disability field. Each facilitator has an understanding of what is required to enhance and maximise a participants abilities so that they can feel safe, valued and included, whilst enjoying basketball.
